Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Payday account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Payday app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or account, email us at products.qubixcode@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent, completed within 48 hours of your request. The following are erased from Firebase:

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• EMI and reminder data: all loans, amounts, due dates, categories, and payment history.
• Device data: notification tokens and app diagnostics tied to your account.

We do not retain any of this data after deletion. Nothing is kept beyond the 48-hour processing window.
